In Motion Therapy is a community leader in innovative and research-based treatment of pelvic floor weaknesses and pain in both men and women. Our specialized clinicians perform a detailed evaluation of posture, pelvic floor and surrounding muscle groups, biomechanics, as well as spine and hip function. We also utilize biofeedback-enhanced pelvic floor muscle education in the clinic.

Treatment may also include myofascial trigger point release techniques along with relaxation and breathing strategies. Pain free exercises and self-care strategies will be implemented from the beginning to ensure that your care is complementing your healing.

Pelvic Pain and disorders of the bowel and bladder system are complex. Conditions of the pelvic ring may involve many components including urinary, colorectal, sexual function and orthopedic issues.

Our therapists have expertise in pelvic ring dysfunction and conditions that are unique to woman. These conditions could be conditions of incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post-partum pain and intimacy related issues. Additionally, we recognize that men also have their own unique needs and our therapists are equipped to help conditions related to chronic prostatitis and post prostatectomy.
